Tanner Cheek is an Army veteran and former scout sniper with multiple deployments, holding a B.S. from Embry‑Riddle and an Executive MBA from Rochester. A licensed pilot and PADI‑certified diver, he developed a HUD‑equipped smart dive mask born of his experience in extreme environments, for divers who demand peak awareness, safety and performance.
Karlis is a deep-tech entrepreneur and engineer with 12+ years of experience taking hardware products from concept to mass production. With a background in robotics, consumer electronics, and high-performance systems, he leads Rheo Dive with a focus on bold design, real-world reliability, and breakthrough innovation in underwater technology.
